  • Pane Cotto

    Pane Cotto is a traditional Italian casserole dish which literally translates to "baked bread".
    This version looks like just that but is loaded with local fall vegetables and herbs. So simple but so satisfying. 
    Feel free to adapt when necessary as these recipes are just guidelines. 
  • Tomato and Basil Panzanella Salad

    Tomatoes are one of our favorites to grow and we are huge fans of any recipe that showcases this colourful fruit. For our 2019 Plant Sale we are starting 9 delicious varieties of tomato that can be pre-ordered.
  • Indonesian Gado Gado

    Gado Gado is an Indonesian salad usually with blanched vegetables, boiled potato, hardboiled egg, tempeh or tofu, and a peanut sauce. Gado Gado literally means “mix-mix” and can be adapted in a variety of ways.
  • Grilled Jamaican Jerk Eggplant

    Grill up some spicy eggplant on the BBQ and serve on a bed of rice. Top with lots of cilantro and lime juice. 
  • Beet Torte with Dill and Sour Cream

    This beet torte is a perfect combination of a fall beet dish, and cake! Try adding other herbs to the batter to get even more flavour.
  • Chickpea Coconut Curry with Bok Choy and Tatsoi

    This simple coconut curry dish uses a lot of fresh greens and chickpeas for added protein.
