Spaghetti Squash

About Me: Spaghetti squash are pretty funky. This variety of winter squash has unusual string- like flesh, which, after cooked, looks like spaghetti when scraped out with a fork. While considered a winter squash, this particular squash doesn’t store quite as long as other winter varieties. However, it can still be stored for about 2-3 months.

To store: Store in a cool, dry, dark place at around 12 degrees Celsius, but make sure they do not freeze.
