Microgreens

About Me: Microgreens are nutrient and flavour packed mini versions of full grown vegetables. Seeds are sprouted and grown only for a few weeks before harvest. They are used as garnishes on most things: pizzas, salads, sandwiches etc. Studies have shown that microgreens are loaded with nutrients, such vitamins, C, E, and K, lutein, and beta-carotene. Micros do not stand up well to cooking so only add as a garnish right before eating.

To Store: Keep microgreens in an airtight container in the fridge. They will keep for about a week.

Recipes: Put them on everything!
