Chives

About Me: Chives are part of the allium family and are related to garlic, leeks, onions, shallots, and scallions. They are great used fresh but we don’t really recommended them for drying and long-term storage.

To store: For short-term storage, stand upright in a container with an inch of water. Then cover the herbs loosely with a reused plastic bag and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
