Medium heat. Works best for things like raw in salad dressings etc. It’s a very standard but awesome garlic for those who love garlic but don’t want over the top spice.

Note: Our Music heads aren't as big as last season. We felt the heads were getting too big and suffering in terms of storage capacity. We planted smaller cloves last year to reduce the size of this year's harvest. Same great taste though.
