Similar flavour to turnip greens but with more crunch. Delicious in a soup, stew, or stir fry or eaten raw. My favourite way to cook it is a bit of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice and a quick sauté. Delish.
If stored properly will keep for 2 weeks. Can be frozen (blanch first) to use throughout winter months.
