Vivid Choi Pac Choy
About me: This is a variety of Pac Choy with bright green leaf tinged with purple and with purple veins. This crunchy and succulent green has a flavour similar to pac choy but with more leaf and less stem. Pac Choy belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables. First cultivated in China thousands of years ago, it is now available all over the world. It is a good amount of nutrients and is low in calories.
To store: Pac Choy should be stored in a mesh bag, or paper towel, and then placed inside a container inside your fridge crisper. Store for about a week to two weeks.
